RoboSoul H5S is a humanoid robot with 16 high-voltage smart bus servos, built to imitate human movement: it walks, dances, kicks and punches. Its controller has a 32-bit CPU with 16M of flash and handles servo control, IMU attitude detection, MP3 playback through a built-in 5W speaker, and low-voltage alarms. Actions are built in graphical PC software by dragging sliders, with no code, and the Wonderbot app controls one robot or a group performing together. A tilt sensor detects a fall, and one click stands it back up.

What it does

  • 16DOF body

    Sixteen 11.1V high-voltage bus servos give flexible, lifelike movement and draw over 60% less current than 7.4V servos, for longer battery life.

  • Actions without code

    The graphical PC software moves each servo with a slider, so action sequences can be built and edited with no programming.

  • Sing and dance together

    An MP3 module and a 5W speaker play music, and over Bluetooth and 2.4G wireless the app runs several robots in one coordinated routine.

  • Gets back up

    The built-in tilt sensor detects which way it has fallen, and one click stands it up again.

  • High-speed gait

    A bionic high-speed gait algorithm improves walking speed and stability, and in independent mode the app controls moves such as kicking a ball.

  • Room to develop

    The controller has six serial bus channels, an SD card for audio files and a UART serial port for secondary development.
