Build

An operating system in place of your spreadsheets.

Most businesses do not decide to run on spreadsheets. They grow into it one file at a time, and by the time anyone notices, the spreadsheet is the system and nobody can change it without breaking something.

A quiet operations office between shifts: rows of desks with monitors showing dashboards and schedules, a large wall planner at the far end, a whiteboard of notes on the right wall and a window wall on the left
  • Every spreadsheet-led business pays the same three taxes: time, accuracy and tempo.
  • Every week, your team rebuilds the same numbers across the same files. The reconciliation never ends.
  • One wrong formula, copied forward through versions, becomes a quarter of decisions made on the wrong base.
  • Leadership waits for someone to refresh the file. Operators wait for leadership. The business waits.
  • Excel scales people. It doesn't scale a business.

Who we are

One team, end to end.

Zeta42 is an Abu Dhabi based applied AI and transformation firm.

We work with businesses that have outgrown their spreadsheets and want a real operating system in their place.

We're not a software reseller and we're not a generic systems integrator. Strategy, architecture, and build sit in one team. The person who diagnoses your operation is the same person who builds the system that runs it.

No hand-offs between consultancies and integrators. The person who diagnoses your operation is the person who builds the system that runs it.

What we build

Four shapes of work.

The work takes four shapes. Which one you need is usually obvious once somebody has watched your operation for a week, and almost never obvious from a requirements document.

Custom systems.

The operating backbone of the business, replacing spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one system that fits.

Bespoke ERPs · Internal tools · Cloud migrations

View

AI workflows.

End-to-end automation across systems and people. The repetitive work stops being someone's job.

Approvals · Reporting · Data sync · Integrations

View

AI agents.

Agents that read your documents and act inside your operation, for procurement, HR and finance.

Document intelligence · Ops agents · Back-office

Proof

Three numbers from one build.

35 modules
One ERP for project tracking, procurement, billing, payroll and compliance, replacing 40+ spreadsheets and three off-the-shelf tools.
150+ daily users
The whole business runs on it, every working day.
40+ spreadsheets retired
Nobody reconciles them any more, because they do not exist.

Sector-only references. Named clients are disclosed in conversation.

Operations. Project, procurement and payroll on one operations dashboard. Replaced 40+ spreadsheets and three off-the-shelf tools.
A mockup of a delivery workspace for a services firm, laid out as a kanban board with columns for planning, in progress, in review and done, each card carrying a client, a date and a progress bar, under tabs for engagements, calendars, time and invoicing
Delivery. A delivery workspace built around how the firm actually ships work. Kanban engagement view, calendars, time and invoicing in one place.
A mockup of a procurement approvals queue, each purchase order listed with its supplier, value and delivery date, an AI classification badge reading either matches budget or flags over budget, and approve, hold, reject or escalate buttons beneath
Approvals. An approvals queue that knows the policy. AI pre-classifies every PO against budget, vendor history and policy.
A mockup of a bilingual voice agent on a phone screen mid-call, showing a live waveform, a call timer marked Arabic and English, a running transcript of caller and agent turns, and a detected-intent line reading book viewing
Voice. A bilingual voice agent that books, transcribes and routes. Live transcription with intent detection in Arabic and English.
A mockup of a messaging concierge thread on a phone, the agent answering a property enquiry and asking two qualifying questions, with a lead-qualified summary card at the foot giving budget and move-in timeline ready to hand to a person
Chat. An AI concierge in the channels customers already use. Captures, qualifies and hands off leads with a complete summary card.

Built with

Tools we build on, and teach.

  • OpenAI
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • Hugging Face
  • Python
  • TypeScript
  • React
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • NVIDIA
  • Siemens
  • DOBOT

The same tools our courses teach. When we hand a system over, the people who run it can already read it.

Cells and platforms

Not only software.

Build is also robot cells and AI platforms, designed, integrated and commissioned. A palletizing cell wired into your PLC, a school lab that runs without the internet, a research rig with an open control stack. The method is the same: watch the job, map it, build it on the real line, stay to run it.

Who asks for it

Four buyers, four first builds.

Factories

A production board that replaces the whiteboard and the Friday spreadsheet, or a cell that runs a job all shift.

Government and enterprise

Agents for procurement, HR and finance, on infrastructure where the data is allowed to sit.

Schools and universities

An AI lab on your own hardware, with the platform open enough to teach on.

Family businesses

The forty spreadsheets that grew into the company, replaced by one system that fits it.

Why Zeta42

What does not change.

None of it comes out of a box. That is not a boast about craft, it is about fit: a system that matches how your business already works gets used, and one that asks the business to change shape gets worked around.

Abu Dhabi anchored

Aligned with the UAE's AI strategy and Vision 2031. Local trust. Local availability. Regional fluency.

Strategy and build in one team

From the first observation in your office to the system that runs your business, the same people all the way through.

Operator outcomes, not artefacts

We measure success in hours saved, errors removed and revenue unlocked, not in decks delivered.

Bespoke, never boxed

No reseller deals. No off-the-shelf ERPs forced on your operation. Every system is built for the business it serves.

The engagement

Start with one build.

  1. 01

    Bring a workflow

    Watched. Mapped. Built.

  2. 02

    Pilot to production

    Hardened, integrated, rolled out.

  3. 03

    Run and expand

We keep it running, and build the next one on the same map.

Questions

What people ask before they call.

What does Zeta42 Build actually deliver?+

Working software running on your real data, in your operation. Custom systems and ERPs, AI workflows, AI agents, and chat and voice agents. Not a strategy deck and not a demo.

Do you resell an off-the-shelf ERP?+

No. We hold no reseller deals and we do not force a boxed ERP onto an operation. Every system is built for the business it serves. Where an existing tool already fits, we will say so and integrate it rather than replace it.

How does a first engagement start?+

With a visit. We work from your office and watch the operation run before writing any code. The first engagement is a scoped first build on one workflow, on your own data, on your own site.

Can the system run without sending data to a cloud?+

Yes. Where data cannot leave the building, we design for that first. Machines you own, on a network you control, running models you can inspect.

Where do you work?+

From Abu Dhabi, on site across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.

The way in is a scoped engagement on your own data, on your own site. You end up with working software rather than a recommendation about software.
