What helps
The more specific the first message, the shorter the conversation that follows. What we need is the part that hurts rather than the part that photographs well.
- A factory
- The task, how often it runs, and roughly how heavy the part is.
- A school
- The room, the grades, and when term starts.
- A university
- Teaching or research, and which department.
- A business
- The spreadsheet you are most afraid of.
- A parent
- The child's age and what they already like doing.

Questions
What people ask first.
Which is faster, WhatsApp or email?+
WhatsApp, during Abu Dhabi working hours. Email for anything with an attachment.
Can I just come to the campus?+
By arrangement, yes. Tell us who is coming and what you want to see.
Do you quote over the phone?+
For robots, labs and systems, no. We come and look first, then quote what it takes. For course places, the booking page carries the dates.
Visit Our
