Chat and voice

Where your customers already are.

WhatsApp, Telegram and voice agents that qualify leads and book appointments, in Arabic and English. Conversations the business can act on, not just record.

The inbox

Two hundred chats, one sales person.

The enquiries arrive on WhatsApp at eleven at night. Half are the same three questions. A quarter are serious buyers who will go elsewhere if nobody answers before morning. The sales person is asleep, and the ones they do answer are recorded nowhere.

A chat agent answers every one in seconds, in the language the customer wrote in, asks the two questions that qualify the lead, and books the serious ones straight into a calendar with a summary card for the human who takes over.

Channels

One agent, four doors.

WhatsApp

Where GCC customers already are. Media and documents handled, and the conversation recorded where the business can act on it.

Telegram

The same agent, same CRM, for customers who prefer it.

Voice

Calls answered, transcribed live, intent detected, viewings and appointments booked. Arabic and English, switching mid-call.

Web

The same agent on your site, so the record is one record wherever the customer started.

Running today

Conversations that turn into a CRM.

Real estate

WhatsApp and Telegram agents that capture, qualify and hand off leads to a human agent with a complete summary card: property, budget, intent, timeline and a booked slot. No operator in the middle.

Concierge

A bilingual voice agent that books, transcribes and routes. Live transcription with intent detection in Arabic and English, so a call about a two-bedroom viewing becomes a booking before it ends.

Voice. A bilingual voice agent that books, transcribes and routes. Live transcription with intent detection in Arabic and English.

Language

Arabic and English, not English with a translation.

The agent reads and writes Gulf Arabic as the customer writes it, in Arabic script or Latin letters, and switches to English when the customer does. Voice handles both on the same call. This is the difference between an agent customers use and one they route around.

Questions

What buyers ask.

Does it replace our sales team?+

No. It answers the first message and qualifies the lead. The sales team gets a summary card and a booked slot instead of a cold inbox.

What happens when the agent cannot answer?+

It hands over to a person, with the conversation attached, and tells the customer it has done so. It does not guess.

Which CRM does it write to?+

Yours, if you have one. If you do not, the agent's record is the CRM, and it is built to be exported or connected later.

Send us a week of your WhatsApp enquiries. We will show you how many were the same question.
