Scaffold a clean project, fetch live API data, call an LLM from your backend with an env-var key, write tests, add ethics & disclosure, and deploy live.

Venture & Launch
Discover a real problem, scope a tight MVP, build and ship it, run ≥3 user tests, craft a 3–4-minute investor pitch, and rehearse the live demo.

Capstone
Build → Polish → Demo
Extend the Week-3 MVP: confirm scope, get the AI feature end-to-end, run user tests and ship fixes, finalise pitch and backup demo video.
